This warranty covers the original residential user of a C.H.M.I. (specified series number hinge)
against defects in material and workmanship for (the period specified above) from the date purchased
from CHMI. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products. See
return information below. PRODUCT FINISH IS NOT COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY SEE
APPLICABLE FINISH WARRANTY FOR DETAILS. CHMI is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have rights that vary from state to state.
CHMI reserves the right to replace the product or refund purchase price, at our discretion. If a covered

FINISH WARRANTIES
Dynaguard Lifetime PVD
CHMI warranties any product finish using CHMI applied Dynaguard Lifetime PVD for the life of
the product in a non-commercial residential application and for the period of one year in a
commercial application. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or products
in which this finish is applied that are not manufactured or distributed by CHMI. See return information
below.This warranty applies only to the Finish adherence and DOES NOT COVER defects dues to handling
(i.e. nicks, dings, or scratches caused, intentionally or unintentionally, by misuse.
US32 Polished & US32D Brushed Stainless Steel
CHMI warranties any product manufactured in 303 or 304 Stainless Steel for the life of the product. This
warranty is applicable to the condition of the handle free from corrosion and DOES NOT APPLY to the surface
finish which may deteriorate over time. This warranty does not cover products, manufactured from this
material, that are not used for their intended purpose.

US26 Polished Chrome and US26D Brushed Chrome over brass material
CHMI warranties any product finished using CHMI applied Chrome for the period of 10 years from the original
purchase date of the product in a non-commercial residential application and for the period of 1 year in a
commercial application. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products in which this finish is
applied that are not manufactured or distributed by CHMI. See return information below. This warranty
applies only to the Finish adherence and DOES NOT COVER defects due to handling (i.e. nicks, dings, or
scratches caused, intentionally or un-intentionally, by misuse.
ADDITIONAL FINISH WARRANTY INFORMATION
All warranties cover original residential consumer in which product had been installed.
LABOR CHARGES, INSTALLATIONS, or other consequential costs are not the responsibility of CHMI.
PRODUCT CLEANING INFORMATION
Clear Coat or laquered products-Use damp soft cloth. Dynaguard & Standard PVD finishes. damp soft cloth
or sponge along with a mild dish soap, wipe with a soft cloth. Using warm white vinegar applied with a soft cloth
is also a very effective way to clean bath & shower hardware. Non-coated nickel products-use damp soft cloth.
Chrome finishes-mild soap using damp soft cloth.
