In an effort to achieve cost effective products, we have looked beyond the common approach of "simply make the product lighter, cheaper or less effective." By utilizing the proven methods of exterior window glazing, we have incorporated these methods to produce the finest quality shower unit components available. This line reflects extruding technologically correct aluminum, combined with mirror bright polishing, allowing us to offer the highest quality finishes in the market, while permitting you to save significant field installation time.

We offer two lines of channel. The Elegant and Ultimate product lines reflect well planned products which utilize the most sophisticated technologies from the aluminum industry as well as those from the metal finishing and chemical industry. Although our Elegant line offers our standard finishes, both are designed with glazing channels that are of the dry glaze method for 3/8" and 1/2" enclosures, which gives you not only a 30% to 50% savings of shower glazing time, but also offers:

• less exposure to call back problems resulting from overflow or residues as a result of wet glazing your enclosure,
• the ability to easily change out glass if necessary,
• the capability to offer and easily supply matching end caps, which need no notching, to finish off your enclosure,
• the added flexibility of choosing either our standard stocking high quality Elegant channel, or for your most discriminating customers the utilization of our Ultimate line.

The Ultimate line is a must when your customer is adamant about using brass over aluminum channel. This series features our beautiful "brass-alum" and "chrome-alum" finishes. By utilizing extensive polishing and finishing, our Ultimate channel has that brass look without the added risk of brass oxidation and breakdown after installation.

Our Ultimate finish is not only manufactured to match the brass finish in your bat area, but is double sealed and coated so that under normal circumstances it will out perform conventional brass. These features can save you not only exposure, but also allows you the brass look at a quarter of the brass price. In addition our Ultimate line offers most precious metal finishes, such as polished or brushed gold, silver, nickel, black chrome and pewter, as well as other custom finishes.

Our full line of in house powder coat finishes are also available with the Elegant and Ultimate lines. Our colors are not limited only to our stock white and black, but cover many of the most popular bathroom finishes today, including, teal, raspberry and rose. Other added features include:

• Color glazing vinyls which offer stock colors black, white and clear that feature a fixed vinyl bead for the interior of the water closet and a roll in vinyl bead for easy installation of the glass on the exterior side.
• A unique caulking gunnel that allows for a minimum caulk line at the sill or head with maximum sealing.
• The ability to group other components such as hinges, towel bars, handles, and knobs together for a complete custom plated or color coated finish match.
